About This Study

This innovative trial uses the patient's own stem cells to regenerate damaged heart tissue. Cells are harvested from bone marrow, processed, and injected directly into the heart muscle during a minimally invasive procedure.

Study Objectives

To assess improvements in heart function and exercise capacity at 6 and 12 months.

Eligibility Requirements

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adults 30-75 years old
  • Chronic heart failure NYHA Class II-III
  • Ejection fraction between 20-40%
  • Stable medical therapy for 3 months
  • No recent cardiac procedures

Exclusion Criteria

  • Recent heart attack (within 6 months)
  • Severe valvular disease
  • Active malignancy
  • Implanted defibrillator contraindications
